“The job I needed done was complicated and many of the other contractors I interviewed did not even get back to me with an estimate. I had an old two car tandem freestanding garage that was on the verge of collapsing. The back half was partially buried and therefore quite rotted. Due to zoning laws and permits, demolition of the existing structure was out of the question.
